Absolutely terrible service. Radiology reading delays had me waiting for an additional 3 hours in the veterinary ER while I waited to see if my dog needed emergent surgery. ER vets noted the consulting radiology service was usually overwhelmed on the weekends. The corporate ownership (Mars, Inc.) needs to do better by their customers by providing better support to the staff.
