I contacted this company for an ant infestation issue. The technician applied ant gel bait, which seems appropriate for the issue, but the communication was poor. When I asked whether ant bait was being used, he said he had never heard of ant bait before. Later, I realized he was actually using “Advion Ant Gel”, which is an ant bait. The technician took the time to explain what was causing the issue and how they would treat it, which I really appreciated. Since the service, we’ve noticed a big improvement and far fewer pests. 최근에 견적 받아보고 라디오광고듣다 웃겨서 리뷰남김. 아니 최초 센트리콘 획득이라고 광고하는데 어떤면에서 대체 누구랑 비교해서 자신들이 최초라는 건지요. 개인업자들과 비교해서?? 미국 termite 회사들중에 센트리콘없이 하는 회사가 있는줄 아남? 벌레박사는 이제야 센트리콘 딴거같은데 그럼 지금껏 센트리콘도 없이 일을 했단 소리네..자랑은 아닐텐데.. 최근 집판매시 필요해서 견적차 연락했더니 센트리콘 설치는, 광고처럼 "무료"이지만 레이버피가 우리집은 799불이란다. ㅋㅋ 편지받는데도 따로 백불이상내야하고.. 좀 비싼거같다 했더니, 전화받는 아줌마왈, "미국회사는 1500씩 받아요, 알아보세요"... 어이가없어서, 영어가 안되는것도 아니고 미국회사 큰회사포함 4군데 연락다해서 센트리콘설치에 (집에 와서 다들 견적뽑음) 편지포함 $599에 했다. 아주 만족! 저기요, 아줌마, 그냥 잘 모르면 조용히 있어요. 무슨 딴회사가 다 천오백씩 받냐고요. 글고, 광고에 센트리콘 설치는 무료지만 레이버피만 받는다..라는데 이건마치, 수퍼마켓에서 초코... read more

한집에 오래 살다보니 어느날 갑자기 사진에서만 보던 터마이트같은 벌레가 있어 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 어쩌나싶어 광고로 듣던 " 벌레박사 " 에 문의하게 되었습니다. 빠른 예약으로 테크니션분이 오셔서 꼼꼼하게 집 전체를 첵업해 주셨고 우리에게 필요한 솔루션과 거기에 따른 방역을 해주셨습니다. 그래서 시간이 지난 지금도 꾸준히 관리하며 매우 만족해하고 있습니다. 감사합니다.
