I agree with the review to spend your money elsewhere. Had problem with the product showing unusual ware and could never get him to come out to check it. The excuse was always waiting on the district rep to come out. Finally after 2 years he finally came out with him and that was a month ago with no reply from anyone. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they aren't getting replys either.

I needed carpet laid down for a small room . I had the carpet and the padding just needed install. Guy named Bob stopped by and told me he would give me a quote. He didn't call or email me back the day he said he would have a quote. Days passed and I emailed and called. He answered and said his boss made him go to Columbus that he would be down the next day to install. That didn't happen. 2 more days pass and more avoided calls and emails.
