I have never needed jewelry repaired and unfortunately made the mistake of calling this douchebag. I told him I'm clueless about this stuff and I have a ring that needs a prong bent back and asked if there is an estimate on price for that. He says no. Okay, silence....... then I asked if it was $1,000 or $20, he says, "yep". I asked when the time frame would be if I did take it to him and he pretty much told me he's got better things to do and there is no time frame for it being finished.
