For the last 2 weeks. Been sending duplicates and quadrouplites of each indivifual client. Called in about this every day and they fix it then make it do it again after a few hours. Very frustrating. Wouldn't recommend answerforce for your business unless you want duplicate customers in your CRM. This causes problems, you will have to overspend in direct mails, and when sending emails it will cause you to send 4 emails to same person.
