I am extremely unhappy with the service we received. we never confirmed an appointment day or time, yet they came to our house and removed a hornet's nest and left us with a bill. When I spoke with Shawn, he was rude to me, laughed and said he needed to hear the complaint from my husband. He also said he wanted at least half a payment for a job we never confirmed he do. 100% dissatisfied with this company!

Answer Pest Control is thorough. Where other companies have done a slap dash job, Answer covers the territory and takes whatever time is necessary to get the job done well. I would never want to depend on any one else.
It's been over six months and my friend is still not clear from the bugs that they supposedly sprayed for.
Sean went above and beyond for our Skunk issue. He came out the same day we called and returned for the following three days to complete the job (he even came on Thanksgiving morning). I surely hope to not have another issue, but if we do, he's the only one we'd call. Prompt, friendly, professional and very affordable! Thank you!
