I was really leery about joinng a gym because of not knowing how to use some of the machine and not knowing what is best for me. Mark asked what I was looking for in exercises and my goals and expectations then he developed a routine geared towards those goals. I have not exercised in a long time prior to going to Answer and I like it so much I have been 3 times this week and look forward to more. I very much recommend Answer for a friendly helpful gym experience.
Great fitness place for all ages from 16 to 90's. Clean friendly atmosphere. Very affordable. Excellent physical therapist on staff. John will help with the correct excercises to strengthen your weak points to get you back to full function .
