We had a fantastic business lunch at this iconic Basik restaurant in the heart of downtown Boise Idaho. Amazing soups, sandwiches, and service. Also there was a rather cute waitress in an orange shirt who provided just phenomenal service for our group. She deserves a gold star 🌟
Ansot's is my favorite restaurant in the US. No contest. As a Basque American currently living in Spokane, I have to grow my own ingredients, order expensive shipped ingredients, or travel to find dishes that remind me of my family reunions. I feel at home at Ansot's and am grateful to be served these exquisite dishes by awesome humans, made better than I can do at home. Passing through Boise on our way to a concert in Idaho Falls. My son and I ditched our free hotel breakfast to gorge on chorizo and patatas bravas. No regrets. No notes.
