Holy smokes!!! Ansots was awesome. Great food, amazing staff, and a cute & cozy atmosphere. It was our first time there and it was a perfect little place for our anniversary lunch. We'll definitely be going back.
Unique brunch opportunity! The chorizo plate was to die for! The mixed potato and sausage plate was full of flavor, reminiscent of my time in San Sebastián. What a lovely experience and surpringly authentic Basque spot in Boise Idaho. I love this town! Staff and Ellie the manager were a notch above excellent service and hospitality. Thank you again!
We visited here 3 times in one week on our trip to Boise. No joke, they have the best croquetas of all the Basque restaurants in the area and the pork belly arugula salad is DIVINE! Highly recommend a glass of Rioja or a Tinto de Verano for a beverage. The waitresses are super sweet and helpful with the menu. Make sure to try the bread pudding, I cry thinking about it 😭
Very good homemade Basque food. Enjoyed the food and meeting the owner. Also ordered a Basque original wine bottle.
