I met Connie through a referral. My old neighbors had a wonderful experience with her. I was a new home buyer and knew that this was going to be a stressful endeavor and that I would have a lot of questions. Connie did amazing at explaining the process. Her deep market knowledge and experience was very helpful. She was with me every step of the way and available to answer my questions as they came. I will definitely use Connie in the future. My Wife asked Connie Carlson and her team to represent her with the sell of her Mother's house. Connie had helped My wife and her sister sell a jointly owed property in Douglas County a few years ago. Connie gave excellent advice for preparing her Mother's house in Cobb County for sell. The house hit the market on a Thursday two weeks ago and by the following Sunday she had multiple offers, Most all above asking price. Just closed and feel very happy with Connie and Cassidy and all their hard work.
Cassidy was amazing! As first time homebuyers, the housing search was daunting. Cassidy helped to educate every step of the way and reassured us when we needed to be.
