My Wife asked Connie Carlson and her team to represent her with the sell of her Mother's house. Connie had helped My wife and her sister sell a jointly owed property in Douglas County a few years ago. Connie gave excellent advice for preparing her Mother's house in Cobb County for sell. The house hit the market on a Thursday two weeks ago and by the following Sunday she had multiple offers, Most all above asking price. Just closed and feel very happy with Connie and Cassidy and all their hard work.
