The Ansbacher team put on a training class today for "HOA and Condo Board Member Certification", and it was truly EXCELLENT! They hit all the key aspects of condo management, and explained the rationale behind all the requirements. Kudos to all the Ansbacher attorneys who presented a very informative meeting today! I highly recommend their training classes and expert knowledge of HOA and condo law.
Syllabus of online event was incredibly well, organized, and detailed presented in a way that was not overwhelming. Each speaker/attorney presented the respective material with language and vocal internation extremely well with sufficient amount of breaks and summaries of each segment the information in my opinion could not be presented any better?
I was very impressed with Mr.Ansbacher, he was very informative and all the others did a really good job. There were over 300 question and I got to read them all. I had 10 questions that were answered. I look forward to getting my packet to go over everything.
Presenters and material presented was exceptional in every aspect.
The information provided at this meeting was very helpful in understanding how HOA structures work and how Board members has to be dedicated and fiduciaries for the community while following the law.
