very poor service, i was made fun of because of my nail beds, proceeded to make my nails so fat. i usually loved coming here but lately it hasn’t been the same. all nails are different sizes and shape.

I was disappointed with my visit a few weeks ago. I had a great experience here years ago, but this time was different. I paid $117 for a basic manicure and pedicure (including tip), but the service felt rushed. The dip powder manicure was poorly done — no soaking, thick polish, and an overall sloppy finish. It was my first dip experience, but based on what I’ve seen since, it wasn’t done properly. I won’t be returning.

I went to Ansan for the first time today. I made an appointment for anyone available. Jessica was my nail tech. Reading the other recent reviews I was a little nervous going into my appointment. But let me reassure you Jessica was very kind to me and did a great job on my nails. She had amazing attention to detail and took all the little extra steps to make my nails and hands look great!
