My first appointment with Alexis, the owner of ANS salon was nothing short of lack luster. She seemed to be agitated when I arrived for my appointment. At no point did she as a "professional" explain her process or inquire about any possible concerns or conditions with my hair. When I mentioned concerns she made sure to show her lack of interest by rolling her eyes and murmuring to herself. The only time she was interested in speaking to me, was when mentioning that I tip during checkout. I will not be returning.

My experience was amazing the hair studio is very clean which is a big plus in my book! My hairstylist legit saved my hair she trimmed just enough off it still is silky smooth I’m going on week number 3 and it’s still straight whatever they are using to master this silk press it works run don’t walk and book your appointment my new favorite hair salon

All of the stylist there do amazing work but they have the worst customer service there. Everytime I go they’re short and not hospitable at all (especially Alexis). I’ve been going there for 3 years and when I tried to cancel an appointment because of a time change, they didn’t answer the phone, they didn’t reply to my message, and they (more specifically Zakiya) cancelled the appointment I made the week after making me unwelcome there from here on out. They need to change their customer service.
