Olga is the best in the business and I highly recommend her — especially for post-breast cancer issues with lymphedema. She is knowledgeable and very kind.
I had an amazing appointment with Olga she is very knowledgeable, Extremely friendly and best of all she got me the best pair of compression stockings I've ever had. Definitely a excellent experience. Thank you Olga
Olga was superb in every respect. She worked closely with me, my primary care physician and my lymphedema physical therapist to make sure I got the right compression garment at the lowest possible price and in the most efficient way possible. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She seemed to know everything about the pitfalls of insurance coverage, and to know virtually every practitioner in the area. I would recommend her most highly.
Disappointing experience… I arrived without a script (which was totally on me) to be told she was not able to ‘diagnose’ me and say what I needed. Yet, did diagnose a medical condition, and also told me that I was going about my treatment incorrectly. Told me that my body shape was out of proportion. Told me I would never lose weight. Argued with me over whether or not a garment I already own fits. Told me she wears compression all the time, but not on 95° days like that day was! Took half an hour drive to get here to be body shamed. My dr said they work with this place the most so I decided to give this one a try. Olga was nice on the phone and seeing the reviews I figured, this was going to be a good experience. It wasn't. In person ahe was rude , she was trying to figure out what kind of stocking I needed (not going with.my script) I need a thigh high because I'm getting surgery next month.
