Jimmy and Mel treated us like family. We were broke down in the middle of running cars from La to Houston Tx. We pulled into Inland at 6am and wouldn't even pull codes to see why it had derated. It was a Friday and they said the soonest they could look at it was Tuesday. We just so happen to stumble across Jimmy and Mel. They dropped what they were doing and came to our rescue.
