If you are in the Lodi area or ever passing through you have to check out Fulcrum CrossFit! Such a beautiful gym with great programming, knowledgeable and friendly coaches, and an awesome community! I dropped in while traveling and this gym immediately felt like home. Go get fit at Fulcrum!
We’ve been to so many crossfit gyms over the years and this one honestly makes everything else look like a warmup. the coach actually walked over and helped me fix my deadlift form without being asked which almost never happens. i was sore in places i forgot I had for like three days after but it was totally worth it becuase everyone was super encouraging. the community here is really tight and everyone cheers each other on even if you’re the slowest one in the class. the whole vibe just feels like a big freindly family, can... read more
Great gym and great community. Coach Manny gave great cues while also keeping it fun. Definitely will drop-in here again if I’m in the area.
I was intimidated to try CrossFit, but two sessions in and this gym has completely exceeded my expectations. Trevor is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping people learn. He takes the time to explain movements, provides helpful feedback, and offers constant encouragement throughout the workout.
