Legends has changed my life. Having Coaches who plan , model and monitor our class has kept me improving my strength and confidence in my balance. This is my dedicated time to make my senior years the best they can be. While the workouts can be challenging, the group is welcoming, encouraging and fun. Being surrounded by people who model faith, kindness, excellence, and encourage a better diet and better habits is empowering at any age but especially in these “golden years”.
My fianc�e and I had a great experience dropping in at Fulcrum CrossFit. After a long day of traveling, we were looking to get some movement in, so we reached out via text to ask about dropping in. We’re in town for a wedding and decided to drop in at Fulcrum CrossFit since it was within walking distance of our hotel. Coach Jess was welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a fun workout and appreciated the hospitality. Thanks for having us! We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

I dropped in for a class and immediately felt welcomed. They had good warm ups, talked through the workout and pushed me to have a challenging workout. Highly recommend
