Horrible. Appointment was booked far out and then rescheduled via text. Could not get anyone to answer the text messages after that. Appointment was 5 minutes, left with no instruction except that I needed testing and an Xray. Got a text a week-ish later with an appointment reminder - I never scheduled an appointment! Called to reschedule and ask them how to get my Xray. Told me to go to Radnet - I don't have an order for an Xray so I would need to call them to get one. I am DONE. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. They requested my mother's health insurance information and driver's license, but did not return them. When we went back to inquire, they claimed not to have them and offered no apology. I am deeply saddened by this experience and cannot recommend this place. They never answer phone calls and seem indifferent to their patients' needs.
