I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. They requested my mother's health insurance information and driver's license, but did not return them. When we went back to inquire, they claimed not to have them and offered no apology. I am deeply saddened by this experience and cannot recommend this place. They never answer phone calls and seem indifferent to their patients' needs.
