Very challenging place to live. Seagulls on the roof start screaming at 0315 and don't stop. They defecate all over the property and vehicles. One of the residents assaulted me with his vehicle, court pending . The good news is that it's close to town and work for me.
Negligence and Unsafe Conditions in the Parking Lot I’m extremely frustrated with my landlord’s complete disregard for tenant safety. There is a large, dangerous pothole in our parking lot that has been neglected for far too long. Not only is it a hazard to vehicles, but it also poses a serious risk to pedestrians, especially at night or in bad weather. Not bad for an older build. Apartments are bigger than a lot of modern builds. The walk score is incredible so if you work in James Bay or even downtown, you won’t need a car to live. However, being an older building comes with a few issues. I dealt with mice on the top floor during my first year here but they eventually sealed up all the holes and it’s been great ever since.
