Great service!
Super upset. Firstly, know that I have gotten plenty of blowouts and my hair has never had this problem. My natural hair is so damaged from this one visit that it is straight. If I could post pictures I would. All that was said was sorry that happened and don't straighten your hair. My 2 year journey ruined in one visit. And now I will have to revive what I can and cut it all off. I will never come here again.
