As Dr Richardson is one of the best Doctors I have ever had, but with that being said, front office is rude, ignored messages and calls and fails to call medications in or explain abnormal labs, get important paperwork to Dr. My health has suffered due to their lack of doing their jobs and their lack of communication. I even advised if I did not get a call back that I would have to leave their practice. Needless to say it's been 5 days and still no response.
Front end receptionists are extremely rude & don’t do their job. When you call to get refills or ask questions or make appointments they never answer the phone during business hours, and when you leave a message they never call you back. When you call to have medications changed they never tell the doctor you call and have no idea there is a problem with the medicines so they don’t call in another prescription due to front and not doing their job.
