I came here to get my hair touched up before my trip. The service was so good! I was only there for 4 hours and The touch up looked brand new !! I love it here.
I was a return customer until the shop owner attempted to up-charge for a length that I did not request nor receive. Will never return - super disappointed. Native French speaker who understood what was being said as well.
Poor service I’m suing the owner as we speak. Do not give this women your business, you will be so sorry! Her name is Kathrina Nwogo. Do not go to the Hyatsville location, it’s her home. Not good service at all. She doesn’t do good work perhaps why she doesn’t have the employees or the DC location any longer.
Went to this salon 3 times solely because it's in walking distance to my house. This most recent appointment will absolutely be my last. - The owner is rude and has no respect for her clients' time. An elderly woman was in tears waiting for an hour+ after her appointment time and the owner was nowhere to be found. Luckily the barber next door was able to service her. - They are ALWAYS late. I used to go here regularly for braids & never had any major issues. But i went a few weeks ago after almost two years & didn’t have the best experience. I did have to push back my original time which was well received but when i got to the location. I saw that they are not located at the original location salon. Instead they’re renting salon booths in DC- which is fine. But about 20 minutes into my service another client walks in for a quick braided style.
