I called in for a bouquet, with no reservation and they were so attentive and courteous. They informed me they had some pre made they could sell at different price points, so I stopped by. They were beautiful and the gf loved them. They wrapped it beautifully, and offered many times to customize it and shared ideas. For a guy like me who may not have many ideas they were so friendly and full of ideas they definitely show their experience. Horrible experience! I bought flowers for a funeral one day before the service. They guaranteed that the flowers were going to be delivered on time and they took note of the time for the funeral services. Service started and flowers still haven’t been delivered, when I called , the lady had the guts to tell me that they had said that they would deliver at around 1:30 pm and it was already past 2!!! When they were delivered at 2:15pm, obviously they weren’t allowed to interrupt the service and these people blamed it on the fu... read more
