My daughter introduced me to Ann's last year and I would not think of going anywhere else. I love being pampered with a pedicure and they always do an AWESOME job! My nails are always perfect! Thank you for the great attention. To the details and to me!
They messed all these good words up-/I started out going to WAlmart when I first moved here in NC, but they became a little to lax , but I was told to try Ann's, when I first started about a year ago, it was too crowded and the wait was to long, so I was shop jumping, I started back here about a month ago and the remodel is beautiful!!! Customer service today was awesome . It started at the front desk, I am always addressed by name and never disappointed . Makayla immediately got me sat down at a table with a smile . She continued to check on me til my nail tech arrived. I love this place from the moment you walk in til you leave.
Yesterday was my first visit to Ann's and I loved it! The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Anna worked on my nails (mani-pedi) and did a phenomenal job! I will absolutely be coming back for the rest of my life!
The most I have ever spent to get my nails done for then to look the worst they ever have... thanks for making the look horrible for my baby shower!! They didnt even do the design I asked for, there are a ton of bubbles, none of them are the same length, and not filled properly and could draw blood they have such sharp corners! Will never go back!!
I just left Ann's Spa where I had a manicure and pedicure service. It was awful. During the pedicure I was rushed and the lady working with me skipped steps before pairing all over my cuticles. Then, during my manicure the lady working with me decided to get up and speak to someone for about 5 minutes of my appointment. In addition, she co to use to forget to turn on the UV light to set my gel polish. I've ended up with polish that has bubbles in it that looks like something I could have done myself at home.
