The owner’s behavior creates an extremely hostile and unacceptable environment. I witnessed her completely lose control over a minor issue, shouting aggressively and demonstrating a total lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. It is obvious she is overwhelmed by stress, but that is absolutely no excuse for taking it out on paying customers. Her inability to control her temper is deeply concerning, and she clearly needs professional help to manage her emotions and behaviors.

They completely messed up my pickup order by missing one of my items and giving me a double portion of fried noodles instead. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, rushed, and hung up on me after bluntly telling me it would take 20 minutes to fix.
