Susan was very knowledgeable on the housing market in our area. She took the time to work with us and gave us great suggestions on how to make the house ready to sell. Once we had an offer on the house Susan guided us through the closing process and was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend Susan!

This is my second rental with Susan and her team. Honestly, she and Mariko was so professional and helpful. I live at California, they handled my rental with remote but quickly response any questions I asked, finally they helped me find a reliable tenant and finished all the transaction within two weeks. I am so lucky to work with them and would proudly recommend Susan and her team to my friends and family.
If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. When going through the home buying process, especially as a first time home buyer, Susan's assistance honestly made the difference on whether my family would be able to purchase a home or continue to rent.
