We were very excited about our stay here, and while our stay was still enjoyable, we had some issues with the water becoming warm, the bath, and the shower (basically, just water issues in general) during our stay in the Swiss Family Robinson #1 suite. Still, it was a good time and we would like to come back again (a different suite this time ;) )
My husband surprised me for our 15 year anniversary with a day of skiing and coming here to stay at the Juliet's Balcony. It was the most amazing room I've ever stayed in. Clean and all the extra little touches of 'romance' added to the room was amazing. Definitely recommend this place!!!
The staff is welcoming, friendly and caring. Jodee especially. She made sure everytime she saw us that we were enjoying our stay and asked if there was anything we needed, even when she was leaving for the day. Our breakfasts were fantastic, as was the cheesecake and cider. We enjoyed the tour of the other rooms as well. Thank you! :-)
