I am unclear as to how a patient can be scheduled for 12:45 and the doors reopened at the same time, while individuals with later scheduled appointments are seen by the doctor beforehand. The waiting area is congested. The front desk clerk appears disorganized. Regrettably, Anniston's small size results in a limited number of available doctors.
Dr Kim and his staff were very friendly. Dr Kim and his nurse answered all my questions since the surgery and took their time with me at my appointment. Very professional. Only down fall, waiting times are way too long.

Dr. Phillis does NOT do an adequate job following up with his hospital patients following surgery. 1 week post surgery and he has not even checked on Dad!
