Still waiting on a callback from the Practice Manager. The practice dismissed two of my family members for not taking the Gardasil Vaccine....This is NOT a mandatory vaccine. If you refuse this for your child, you are given 30 days to find a new pediatrician. I’ve never, in 20 years in medical practices, seen a group “fire” a patient for not taking a vaccine that is not mandatory. This doctors office is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I’ve called them TEN times today to get a referral for an orthopedic doctor for my four year old who has two fractured bones in her wrist and every time all I get is a voicemail. The last time I left a voicemail for a supervisor and of course no one has bothered to call back. I strongly urge any parent to find another pediatrician for your children. I will do everything in my power to make it very known that these people clearly don’t care about our kids. Beyond FED UP.

It I am FED up with Anniston Pediatrics * Ellie and I have been waiting an hour and a half until I go to the front desk asking if I need to come back another day (I keep seeing patients come in after me and go back right away) only to be told Dr.Doggett isn’t there and nobody relayed me the message. EVERY TIME we go we are waiting between an hour and half to two and a half hours in the waiting room. Then an additional hour or more in the back. We love Anniston Pediatrics!! Dr. Doggett and Dr. Matthews treat both of my boys with such kindness and professionalism. They are also always so patient with my questions or concerns. I also can’t say enough about Pam and all of the nurses. They are always good at returning my calls and always help walk me through any concerns or questions I have. It is nice to know I can call about the smallest thing, and they don’t make me feel like I’m wasting their time. I highly recommend Anniston Pediatrics!
