I was hung up on several times today before someone actually spoke to me then she wanted to know my insurance info before she even told me whether or not I could make an appointment which she said would be a month out!

I called to schedule an appt for my husband. I am not from Anniston and neither of us have ever used this facility. I call, I get put on hold for 12 mins until the call redirects back to the switch board, where I am met with a lady who is incredibly rude to me. When I didn't know the name of the Doctor I needed because when you search Anniston Foot clinic, it does not state that you are called a medical clinic with more than one doctor. I did not know that.
