The lady there was super friendly and helpful!
I had my fireplace foa little over a year & the fan blower went out. I contacted the business & they said that I would have to come get the part & put it in myself? My girlfriend called & called & they said that they didn't have the manpower to come fix it? Then the part had come in to find out that it hadn't? We have continually called & no one will answer or call me back when we leave a voice mail? This stove is still under warranty & my girlfriend told them that it wasn't my place to come get the part or install it myself... read more
