Drove a hour and half out of our way to come to the store on Saturday. Arrived at 12:20pm and find the store closed. Business hours clearly posted that they are supposed to be open until 2pm. Phone recording gave no notice of closure either. Highly disappointed and will not be back.
When I was looking for gas logs I found what I wanted everybody was so nice and helpful so I bout them ! I have only had them 1 year and they weren’t used all the time! For 4 weeks I’ve called and of course they did not return my call ! When I did get someone to answer I was told lie after lie by Kurt by James and the woman employed there! I was told they just don’t know when they can come out and fix my logs !!!!!!! So I found somebody else to come fix my logs!!!!! I will ne… See more

RecommendedKurt and his team came out and did an amazing job installing our new free standing fire place. They were professional, cleaned up everything and were super pleasant!!!! I would use them again.
had went to Home Depot and Lowe's and could not find a fireplace knob and this place was able to assist me. i recommend this place to anyone they are very friendly
I bought a pergola 3 weeks ago. Not only did we have to go get the thing, we were told James would install it. I have tried since we got it home to have even a call back...nothing. We are very disappointed as they were great in the past. We even put it together and tried once again to hear SOME kind of answer all we need is to erect it..still not a word back. Will not be going there again.

Awesome service, Kurt such a cool guy with much respect, patience, & so kind he is! I bought a hammock and the best hammock EVER....still looking NEW after almost 2 years being outside in all types of WEATHER. Green eggs are awesome & WHAT AWESOME FOOD cooked on these!
