Bradley and the staff at Care Plus are wonderful. I'm so glad I switched all of my medical needs to them. Attention to detail and care are great!
Wow! So impressed with the staff, their knowledge, and caring. Being new to the area, I tried a couple of primary care facilities. None of them hold a candle to CarePlus! This is my new primary care home! And talk about thorough! They didn't skip a beat! Thanks so much!
Went in and the longest wait I had was filling out paperwork...i saw Elliott and he was very caring and listened to all my issues..he never seemed rushed and all the nursing staff was so nice and friendly. I'll definitely go back next time my family or I am sick.
Husband had a minor accident, can not express how pleased we were at the service and care these folks provided!!!!
Needed a new doctor and went in and saw Hala Mourtada CRNP and was very impressed . She was very thorough and explained things so well. She has encouraged me to make better decisions about my health and now I'm seeing those results . The office staff and nurses are helpful and nice and the facility is clean . The wait time is very short also which everyone likes when going to the doctor.
I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received at CarePlus! I was feeling sick one afternoon so I went for a visit. They got me back quickly, but I began to feel much worse. It was close to closing time, but they never made me feel like a burden. I also never felt as if they were rushing through the care. As my visit continued much later than their normal closing hours, they still took their time and made sure I was feeling better. Dr. Elliot was the doctor working that day. Just had the BEST experience here. There was virtually no wait- just long enough to fill out our paperwork. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was SO helpful and friendly. The doctor had the absolute best beside manner and made my sweet little man feel extra comfortable. The hubs and I will both be transferring care there for any GP needs and Beckham will be coming here for any future sick visits! Can't say enough how much it meant to me that they were so amazing.
