I usually get good service here, but my last visit, the lady on chair number two did a terrible job of my basic pedicure. I took a closer look at my toenails when I got home, and saw that she did not completely remove my previous nail polish before applying the new one. You can literally see the previous color at the corners of my toenails. She also did not apply enough layers of nail polish to my nails; some parts are completely covered, and some are not. SCAM. They try taking more money than they should. I specifically asked for Gel X and the price on their paper said $65. I got the simplest design and they charged me for acrylic which is $80. When I called them out for it, the lady at the front desk told me that its because the system hadn't updated but when I called on the phone she told me it was $65 for Gel X.
