they BUTCHERED my beautiful coat, the back seam and inside lining is puckered and the coat has lost its beautiful swing. also, they charged me close to $150 for the work but never put in belt loops as originally promised. they did lazy work, resulting in a ruined garment and charged me too much for something i will NOT be able to wear for special occasions.
