I have only went to the is office a few times and was not impressed at all. I never saw the actual Dr. The PA is also not very friendly. I had a TB test that needed to be read for work and when I went back in the medical staff who was supposed to administer the test bruised my arm so bad that they thought I was positive for TB. Every time, I would call to make an appointment or ask a question, the office staff was very unprofessional and often times could be heard laughing while on the phone with me and other patients. I have been a patient with "Dr. Santos" for about a year. I have not personally seen her. When I call for an appointment i am always scheduled with the P.A.
I would recommend her services to anyone. Dr. Santos operates a very thorough and a very professional office.
