I paid 135 dollars for Gel X and a gel pedicure. Fine whatever we're in DC. However, my experience was extremely unpleasant. I had a 5pm return time and I did not start getting my nails done until about 6. Again, fine it's busy. What sent me over the edge was how intensely rushed the service felt but especially , the same day, that Thursday, I lost two nails. I got a gel French manicure done and after less than a week almost all of them have chipped or the base has started to come up. I was supposed to come in today for them to retouch my nails (after calling and talking to them yesterday that I'll be coming in at 10am) and when I arrived there was no one there. I had to call twice and they said someone would be coming in half an hour, which wouldn't work for me.
