My experience with Dr. Nguyentat couldn't have been better. I tore my achilles right before Christmas and she came into the office on Christmas eve to make sure I was taken care of. In every appointment, she always explains my options to me thoroughly and makes sure my questions are answered. I have never felt rushed in any of our appointments. I'm almost 10 weeks post operation now and my achilles is healing great. 10/10 service, the entire office was a pleasure to work with.
Very caring folks who take extra time to explain what and why they are recommending certain steps in your treatment. Dr. Nguyentat and her medical assistant Tyler are first class care givers.
I had been looking for a good podiatrist for sometime when I was referred to Dr. Nguyentat DPM. What a find! She is friendly and careful. She listened carefully to what I had to say and then examined, and had my feet x-rayed. We discussed my plantar fasciitis and my left foot and leg pain. She referred me to a good shoe store and suggested an x-ray comparing my leg lengths and discovered my left leg is shorter than my right. I regret not writing this review sooner and am sorry for anyone who may have experienced what I have. My life will never be the same as I now have a lifelong diagnosis of CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) due to the negligence of Annie. I had my first flat foot reconstruction done by Annie in July of 2021 with the most excruciating recovery that she blamed on my lack of pain tolerance.
