I highly recommend Annie Mitchell for her amazing efforts. She is so knowledgeable and professional in her field. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she did with me . I sold 2 houses with her and had a complicated situation that needed more effort and patience. Annie was so positive and patient till the end and did amazing work . She is so perfect and so kind . Always communicating with everyone and quickly responds. I advise everyone to choose her because she is literally THE BEST AGENT EVER .

Annie and her team earn their 5stars! In 2021 Choosing to buy a home with Annie was a tough choice. The truth js my family would not be in Iowa if it wasn’t for this woman right here @annie.mitchell.515 🫶🏻 In Oct, we came to VISIT, but when we were here, God put it on my heart to move- so much so that I had to listen. Annie is a very knowledgeable realtor and wonderful to work with. The listing process and sale of our home was made easy and explained well throughout the short process for us. From her initial conversations with us, her walkthrough and suggestions along with great contacts to finish any items needing additional care. Communication with Annie is immediate--and this is at ALL times of the day! I cannot say enough about having a realtor who knows what they are doing and puts your best interests first.

Loved working with Anne every step of the way. From the first introductions, to looking through houses, to the final paperwork.
