well once the office finally figures out how to do the simplest of things you then began your wait. You should probably bring a novel for this becuase it can litterly take hours. I am not sure why they require you to make an appointment but it seems usless becuase you will have to wait for hours anyway. I can wait till I switch doctors.
wait forever on hold, they are rude, talk to you as if they know every lil thing about the medical feild and there just a receptionist or M.A. who barley passed there 12 week course. The Dr wait bad and she herself thinks its fine for you to wait and her not to say sorry.
