I hired Annie’s Cleaning for a Deep Cleaning service after a tenant moved out of my townhouse. While the team was polite and courteous, the cleaning itself felt more surface-level than the thorough deep clean I expected—especially since I was preparing the home for new tenants. The cleaners did their best, but they appeared limited by their supplies and equipment. They primarily used damp cloths and did not have stronger cleaning agents or tools for tougher jobs.
