I had never been to this salon before and now I know why. I went in for highlights, cut, and facial waxing. All of these were done terribly. I asked during the highlights if we were going to tone them which I was told was not necessary. After the highlights processed I explained I did not like them they were very chunky multiple colors and the front of my hair was completely blonde.
