I had the best experience over the last 2 years of living in an Annex Properties managed property. Heidi communicated really well with me and any repairs was fixed immediately or almost immediately. Truly a great experience.
We have been renting through Annex Properties for almost 5 years. Every claim we had was resolved in a timely manner. Heidi was quick to place work orders and has been going above and beyond for us since day 1. When moving to the US, we heard horror stories about property management companies, making up reasons to blame the tenants and nor return the deposit, but Annex Properties was the opposite of that. Heidi was quick to solve any issues, we had a very positive experience renting through them.
Heidi is probably the best property manager I've ever rented from. Quick responses in an emergency and even just for general questions. Rent was never raised an aggregious amount, and she had some good advice for me as a renter. She was a pleasure to work with for the few years I was living in Vegas. Highly recommend if anyone is looking at properties managed by Annex.
My husband and I rented from Annex properties and dealt with Heidi. She was incredibly organized and a dream to work with. Problems were addressed in a timely manner throughout our rental. We have no complaints about Heidi or Annex properties. When we left we received our security deposit in full and it was nice to deal with someone who was honest in an industry that is flooded with dishonest people. We highly recommend Heidi and Annex properties.
