I had the best experience over the last 2 years of living in an Annex Properties managed property. Heidi communicated really well with me and any repairs was fixed immediately or almost immediately. Truly a great experience.

When moving to the US, we heard horror stories about property management companies, making up reasons to blame the tenants and nor return the deposit, but Annex Properties was the opposite of that. Heidi was quick to solve any issues, we had a very positive experience renting through them.
Annex Properties, and specifically Broker Heidi Enrile, were excellent. Heidi is professional, kind, resposive, fair, and thorough. It was a pleasure leasing one of the properties she manages.
Heidi is probably the best property manager I've ever rented from. Quick responses in an emergency and even just for general questions. Rent was never raised an aggregious amount, and she had some good advice for me as a renter. She was a pleasure to work with for the few years I was living in Vegas. Highly recommend if anyone is looking at properties managed by Annex.
