Annex Properties, and specifically Broker Heidi Enrile, were excellent. Heidi is professional, kind, resposive, fair, and thorough. It was a pleasure leasing one of the properties she manages.

Heidi is probably the best property manager I've ever rented from. Quick responses in an emergency and even just for general questions. Rent was never raised an aggregious amount, and she had some good advice for me as a renter. She was a pleasure to work with for the few years I was living in Vegas. Highly recommend if anyone is looking at properties managed by Annex.

I would rate Heidi and her company “Annex Properties” a Negative five stars if I could she does not care about her tenets well beings I put in a work order for the thermostat it was old and it wasn’t working for four days during the winter and she only did something about it is when I brought it up to her attention after she accused me of breaking it. My husband and I rented from Annex properties and dealt with Heidi. She was incredibly organized and a dream to work with. Problems were addressed in a timely manner throughout our rental. We have no complaints about Heidi or Annex properties. When we left we received our security deposit in full and it was nice to deal with someone who was honest in an industry that is flooded with dishonest people. We highly recommend Heidi and Annex properties.
