I have had the pleasure of working with Annex Properties for over a decade managing an investment property in Las Vegas. Heidi has always been extremely helpful and reasonable in managing repairs, and expectations with tenants. Recently, I had to get the property in good shape to sale, and she was organized in recommending the necessary repairs, and I was able to sell the property without much issue. Definitely recommend their service!
