We have been renting through Annex Properties for almost 5 years. Every claim we had was resolved in a timely manner. Heidi was quick to place work orders and has been going above and beyond for us since day 1. As we have transitioned to buying our own house we are excited for the next family that gets to see experience working with such a professional company. Thank you!
When moving to the US, we heard horror stories about property management companies, making up reasons to blame the tenants and nor return the deposit, but Annex Properties was the opposite of that. Heidi was quick to solve any issues, we had a very positive experience renting through them.
Annex Properties, and specifically Broker Heidi Enrile, were excellent. Heidi is professional, kind, resposive, fair, and thorough. It was a pleasure leasing one of the properties she manages.
Heidi is probably the best property manager I've ever rented from. Quick responses in an emergency and even just for general questions. Rent was never raised an aggregious amount, and she had some good advice for me as a renter. She was a pleasure to work with for the few years I was living in Vegas. Highly recommend if anyone is looking at properties managed by Annex.

FOR PAST 9 YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN VERY NICE AND VERY ON TIME WHEN EMERGENCY CALLS WERE MADE!!!You took care of the problem within 24 hrs....Never had to worry bout anything....we have a bond now....u can call me anytime for anything....floods...kleening carpets...tile...garage floors...and i will be there!!!
