Whatever you do DO NOT go to Rush Optical for glasses. They will RIP YoU Off! I am on Medicare and had cataract surgery and and called Medicare to see if they would pay for my glasses and they said yes due to my cataract surgery. I had to wait over 2 months for my appointment for my eye appointment. Then they charged me $40 that day saying Medicare wouldn’t pay for the refraction exam ( which was because Medicare said is supposed to be included with every eye exam - rip off #1 from Rush) . My father has been a patient of her’s for many years, need her to take a look at his blind eye for conjunctivitis..sorry no time.. call someone one else or we can give you the number for OSU. Why would I want to take him to Columbus ?.. thx for absolutely nothing
The doctor was great. The procedure was fantastic. The only problem was calling in and speaking with the office help named Michelle who was rude, condescending and disrespectful. If that would have been the only contact that I had for this company I would have never done business with them. Other than that I would highly recommend this office
