If it wasn't for getting the chiropractic treatment I needed, I wouldn't be walking today. I also decided to go on the weight loss program that she has and it has changed my life. I have been overweight for a long time. I have lost 32 lbs in 44 days ! I feel a lot better. I don't have the aches and pains in my muscles and joints. I am down two pants size. I just feel like a new person.
I had a Reiki massage from Emily at Harel Chiropractic and Massage. It was amazing! I had been under a lot stress and fighting a head cold. She was able to balance my body thru the Reiki massage. I felt the relaxation move thru my body and the stress release. After my massage several people commented on how relaxed I looked. My head cold dissipated immediately. Emily explained how your body holds onto the stress and it becomes locked into your muscles and blockages are formed. i give it a 10!!!
