You did not cancelled the surgery on my left eye as you claimed, I did. Nor did you refer me to the corneal specialist as you also claimed, my regular optometrist did. It was the specialist that informed me that my cataracts were not "very bad" as I was told. Instead they were mild and did not need surgery. And my R vision was not 20/25 and 20/15 undilated after surgery as you stated, but 20/40, which is what it was in both eyes prior to surgery. Actually, Dr. Bulas, you did not cancelled the surgery on my second eye, I did after lost of faith in you. You also did not referred me to the corneal specialist, Dr. Couzins did on an unrelated matter. And it was the specialist that informed me that my cataracts were not "very bad" as Dr. Schlisserman described them. In fact they were mild and did not need surgery at this time. Dr. Bulas said I have an astigmatism in my left that I was born with and recommended LenSx laser for cataract treatment at a cost of $2400. It turned out I was actually being fitted for a toric lens, which would do little to correct the irregular astigmatism according to a cornea specialist. The specialist said there was no reason to do surgery on the mild cataracts I had. Also on the surgical eye, I had the same 20/40 vision going into surgery now, not 20/25 results as Dr. Bulas claimed.
