Dr.Okai is awesome. She literally changed my life and showed me how to manage my Multiple Sclerosis effectively. I am very grateful that God led me to her.
I had a bad experience from the beginning. Dr Okai does not take your personal experience into consideration and has withheld a prescription from me that is necessary for my illness. All I need is a prior authorization that they refuse to submit for a prescription that they wrote. When I was first seen, she indicated that I had to come in 3 months later with no other reason than "to get to know me". Dr. Okai and my nurse Caroline listen to me and never tell me what I want to hear they always tell me what I need to hear. They are the best in Texas and I love them. I highly recommend them for your MS and neurology needs and a good laugh 😃.
