Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I have fear of dental procedures and everything that can be done for reassurance is done. I have been going there for several years and have never had a bad experience.
I was petrified of the dentist an abscess made it necessary and I found Dr. Rowan and Dr. Macey... they and all their staff are so kind caring and gentle! I now look forward to my visits and have a Beautiful smile all thanks to them!!! Wont go any where else!!!♡♡♡
I was terrified going into the dentist. Last year I had a dental procedure at another dentist that I ended up getting bacterial endocarditis from, which then gave me a stroke and put me in ICU and the hospital for 2 weeks. I knew I needed to get into a dentist to take better care of my teeth but I had rescheduled this appointment twice because I was so scared. I was able to get in quickly and Dr. Norris was amazing. I had a difficult tooth to pull that may have been easier for an oral surgeon, but without hesitation she was willing to help me and she did an awesome job. I was in such severe pain and she was sympathetic and understanding. The best part is there was NO judgement from anyone in that office. They were all great. Although they aren't in any insurances' network, I'm almost willing to pay more out of pocket to get more work done by Dr. Norris!
