I asked for a simple trim on the sides, and she still managed to mess up my whole haircut. To cover it up, she even put gel in my hair after I clearly said I didn’t want any. Then, on top of ruining my hair, she tried to charge me extra. Completely unacceptable. Now I have to wear a hat until my hair grows back. I do not recommend this place.

DONT GO HERE!!!! She doesn’t know how to properly bleach hair, she WILL fry your hair off!!! You ask her for a trim and she will literally give u a bob! She isn’t a proper hair stylist.

I told her I just wanted a trim. And side bangs on ONE SIDE OF MY FACE AND SHE like did layers in my hair I never asked for that at all and she kept combing my hair . No leave in conditioner at all that all the other place put it your hair. Also seem like she was just cutting it free style. My hair looks worse than when I went in. I just want my hair back. I never asked for her to cut Mty hair short and longer in some spot of My hair.

Edit: Unfortunately she ruined the color on my hair. I had been seeing a different stylist for my haircut as there is unfortunately a huge language barrier between us and she hadn’t been able to cut my hair the way I wanted. I came back to get it colored because it’s cheaper here than the place I currently go to. Not only did she not leave the bleach in long enough to remove the dark brown from my hair, at most she left it for 15 minutes, she didn’t use purple toner to remove the orange undertone despite me asking her to. I have been going here since the original Anne was there. Always a great haircut and always very nice.
