I had called Annee Mechanical for help with my HVAC system problem the guy mark answered all my questions and his prices were more than fair .I have not had any issues since he fixed my system I would highly recommend using this company .
We're older, and not super comfortable with computers. When we asked about providing word of mouth, and maybe filling out a comment card, it was suggested that we could leave a review online. We tried, but kept having trouble. Well, our granddaughter finally walked us through this, and we see that Annee Mechanical already placed the comments we gave them. We're the customer referenced with, "as stated by the customer." We wish to say again, "Thank you, Annee Mechanical!"
Installed faulty parts that froze up within 2 weeks. The parts were supposed to be new and under warranty. Mark wouldn't return calls or come back to replace. Still no AC. I will never recommend him and I will bash his poor service to anyone that asks for a referral.
Mark is timely and efficient. He made sure everything worked before he left. He was fast and reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Will be using him again in the future. 10/10
With the 5 properties that we have Mark has been very helpful on a variety of projects from small projects to large projects Mark is the only person we call for our projects we can’t do. EFDG
