I really like Dr. Schneider. She is very considerate, listens well to any problems and very good physician. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schneider.
I visited Dr. Schneider when I refused any treatments and care by my treating oral surgeon Dr. Jandali while I was suffered injury due to fall and had whiplash, inflammation to previous broken condyle on my jaw, excruciating headache and facial pain. Dr. Schneider immediately prescribed me steroid and recommended to me to see my ENT specialist ,as well as send me to have an X-ray for pain than I had on my finger due to fall. The office was nice and the nurse was so friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Schneider was fine but there wasnt much warmth and I didnt feel like she wanted to connect with her patient. If you're looking to feel someone cares and is concerned, you may want to try someone else.
Not rushed, very professional
She, in my mind is the best. She is very understanding and explains situations nicely, that we discuss during visits. I am happy to have her as my doctor.
I was treated terribly by the staff & nurse and doctor for being 7 minutes late. I tried to call the office & inform them that I was stuck in a detour & couldn’t get through. When I arrived in the office 7 minutes late, I was treated terribly. The person at the front desk told me she would see if the doctor would even see me & after she checked, she said, “the doctor will see you this time, but only after her “on time” patients so you’ll have to wait at least 30-40min”.
