Dr. Riffle is great. We’re fortunate to have her as our child’s physician
She was nice, but not a good fit for us. Dr. Riffle said my daughter had a virus, but I was doubtful because of some of her odd symptoms. Dr. Riffle continued to say my daughter had a virus, and reluctantly did blood work at my request. Nothing else was found in the blood work, and I was given no direction or next steps. When I called for further direction, I was given a wait-and-see plan. This was not helpful for my daughter, considering she was losing weight and her memory for about 4 weeks in. She is so caring and paid great attention to detail. She did not make us feel rushed at all!
Dr. Riffle and her nurse were so kind and professional! I felt so comfortable and heard. We experienced the best care from the moment we walked through the door until we left.
